Here’s how it works:
You close a real estate transaction, and we pay you a commission equal to 85% of the check
that you receive from the closing. You work from home and pay for the cost of your signs,
business cards, MLS, and advertising. We will provide you with a phone extension, company
email, web page, and will be happy to assist you in any way possible. No mandatory meetings
to attend, desk fees, or startup fees; just work and get paid. Is that simple enough?
